Milind Soman does not believe in going to the gym to attain the physical fitness. When it’s about celebrity fitness models we cannot stop admiring how charming and ravishing he is. Milind Soman broke all barriers and proved it that age is just a number and it does not come in your way. Even at the age of 52, he makes women half his age go gaga over him. So, we have an iron man right here in India to get inspired from!

To talk a little more about Milind, he was born in the city of Glasgow in Scotland. Though he pursued his education his engineering, he wanted to be a model as he thought modelling could make him some big bucks. He started working in the Bollywood film industry from 2000.

Milind Soman stopped exercising after until 38 and for 15 years his body remained the same.

It’s quite unusual that he does not believe in certain things like running every day or hitting the gym every day. Sounds surprising right? Not only that but Milind does not even follow a fitness regimen or diet to stay the way he is.

He says all you need is a lot of focus and hard work. We all know that is the key to success. But Milind did some extraordinary things which are a struggle you wouldn’t imagine in that age. He put himself through various struggles like getting into the pool after 25 years. He registered himself for a triathlon though he never liked cycling and he challenged himself for a task which included a 180km run and 3.8km cycling. He says not everyone has to do a long run, but all you need is 20mins run to start with and then you can take it to the next level.

NO SMOKING :

Milind says no to smoking as it affects our body in many ways and has numerous negative effects. Most of us know how smoking affects our body Smoking affects your health in many ways. We all know how it can harm our bodies and there are in numerous negative effects on the body. A severe cough, wheezing, asthma is just the beginning stages.

EARLY TO BED :

This has to be the primary changes we need to make in our daily life. Try to sleep before 10 pm no matter what, and wake up by 5 am.
